The Tribe Project is a win-win project for all stakeholders.
Frame: EVE-olution Foundation Inc. support the UN Global Compact and the Millennium Development Goals, as an independent not-for profit foundation acting to make a better world for our children and fight poverty, rural exodus and pollution. Eve-olution focuses on women entrepreneurs. Women are the cornerstone of most developing countries today. Our mission consists in coaching under-recognized women entrepreneurs in developing countries, so they can grow their businesses, hire local people, become new influencers, new role models, and new real decision makers in their region.
How do we work?
We match these women with successful retired executives (men and women) making 100% volunteer use of their international experience and networks.
Our goal is to increase their profitability thanks to exports- focused coaching only. Our funds come from our early supporters: global companies who believe in their role in supporting society and sustainable development. They support us financially and through providing truly motivated retired or soon-to-be-retired executives from their companies, able to coach our target women entrepreneurs. Our corporate supporters benefit directly from these experiences and enhance their image as true actors in the developing world, as well as their contacts and brand recognition in the supported regions.
It is a great responsibility to expand our mission and goals to the World and the Tribe Project is the opportunity for global minded companies, who are chosing to improve sustainability goals, by renewable energy, creating zero waste or by selling environmentally-friendly products...this fully incarnates EVE-olution’s spirit
This Project consists in coaching at the same time and on site, 200 WOMEN CAREFULLY SELECTED ENTREPRENEURS, over 9 months in 2010, to generate a global awareness and tremendous opportunities.
To reach a global impact and launch several “womenomics programs” at the same time, we are currently working on improving our database, a "who's who" of women entrepreneurs in more than 50 developing countries, and on building new teams of volunteers to develop missions and present feasibility studies.
Funds received are onlu used for volunteers’ travel expenses when going to these coaching missions. We work without the burden of any employees or office.
